Toyota of Stamford Since my previous posting I have heard from the general manager of Toyota of Stamford, have have been assured that they are doing everything in their power to resolve this issue in a fair and reasonable manner. Perhaps my expectations of the speed at which such an issue could be resolved were not reasonable. I wish to formally retract my previous statements regarding Toyota of Stamford not standing behind their product, as they are now quite obviously making an honest effort to do so.
Excellent customer service/service center I like to get my Toyota serviced here because they have the experience, parts, and know-how. Their service is courteous and timely. Service rep, Rick Breksa, explained things clearly and would check back to let me know how things were progressing. A pleasure to work with.
