Gender Bias towards women I went in to get a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. They claimed that oil prices have gone up so it would cost more. Price changed from $75 to $130. Oil did not go up. I called another dealer. They informed me that Toyota raised prices on April 1st, but not nearly that much. They told me that it is $7.50 per quart and $6 for a filter. Service said it would be $70 for the oil change and $20 for the tire rotation. I can believe a $15 increase but not a $55 increase.
Great hassle free service Jim Coughlin And his staff at Stamford Toyota couldn't have been nicer. I'd been going to a dealer closer to home in the next town but had not experienced the friendly efficient service Jim and the people at Stamford gave me. I plan to continue using Stamford Toyota from now on!

Brian Patouhas gives excellent service! It was time for the brakes to be fixed up and I was able to come in and have the repair done on a time frame good for me. Brian was fully aware of my situation and took care of all my concerns without any hassles and to my great satisfaction. Even better, when it was noticed by myself and the parts manager, Malik Pracha, that there was still a problem with the brakes, we let Brian know and they were promptly dealt with the next day as I waited.
