I went to Toyota of Stamford to turn in my 2010 corolla for a 2014. Brandon was very helpful and gave me all my options. He was insightful and gave me great advice. Albert even helped me get a better car insurance policy and saved me money! Everyone who helped me answered all of my questions. They really were looking out for what was best for me. I would recommend these guys to all of my friends and family!

My Prius wouldn't start and I called AAA. While I waited for them, I called the dealership and spoke to Ken. He talked me through what the problem could be, then made sure to fit me in once I got the car to the dealership. He did a great job.

I gave this dealership an Excellent review because from the minute I decided on leasing an Avalon, I received a detailed description of the car and all its advantages from John Henesy, who in turn referred me to Alfonso. Alfonso made the "paperwork" seem like a breeze. He was quick and efficient and very thorough. This is my second time leasing a car from Toyota. Albert has helped me both times and he has been EXCELLENT!! He is someone who really tries to satisfy the customer and is never pushy with sales. He is dedicated to his job and customers. He has contacted me months after my purchase to make sure everything is going great with my car and that I have no other concerns. He focuses on building a customer relationship with his clients which is not something you find everyday. I am truly thankful!

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Benji. And I I urged my mother to buy one from him too. He is knowledgable, friendly and no pressure. He made sure he understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us be sure we got all the features we wanted without trying to sell is on features we didn't want. I’ll start with a short summary of my experience at Toyota of Stamford, then I’ll explain my situation: I now own a car that gets much less gas mileage then advertised, feel like I overpaid by quite a bit, had my credit score unnecessarily lowered (since they ran my credit twice), received a "coupon book" that doesn’t have what they claimed it did and genuinely feel like I've been lied to and taken advantage of in every way possible. This is the second vehicle I purchased this year. The experience with my salesperson on both occasions, Benji Buckle, was better than expected. I never felt pressured, and was satisfied with both my 2012 Camry and 2013 Corolla.The sales manager, John Linn, was instrumental in making my second purchase even more satisfying than the first. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and will most likely be doing business here again in the future.
