Great service during COVID. Chairs were placed ourtside on either side of the building depending on Sun, heat, wind, etc. All costs were explained to me. I did recommend that they place paper towels in the bathroom instead of the air drier during COVID. Some guests needed reminder to keep masks over noses when inside.

My experience with my buy was horrible!! So unprofessional, I was sold a remote start I did not need. Communication was extremely poor, I feel like because of my age and being a woman, I was taken advantage of. Trust is very important and imperative when purchasing a vehicle and this dealer and salesman have definitely lost my trust.
Just got a CPO Highlander XLE and I am Very satisfied with professionalaism and respect from staff of Stamford Toyota . They worked out with a very good deal and extended warranty . My CPO Highlander looks and feels like NEW . When I picked up the car , car was washed filled with gas and detailed . And they were very punctual I. Their time frame . Respectfully Tony K.
