Service was good, car came back better then when I left. Main concern is costs and fees that they weren’t upfront when leaving the car. There was a $20 dólar environmental fee that was never mentioned when asking the price of the maintenance and on the maintenance “sale” they mentioned the limit in oil volume, but never that my car would need an additional quart. So a $30 surprise at checkout.

Always pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Dealer prices Always pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Dealer prices are what they are, but the service here is great. That’s more than enough reason to come here.

Excellent service overall. Took the time to explain maintainance requirements for my vehicle. Solved my vehicle noise issues. Offered me only service what was needed.

Manager was great. Steve found want I was looking for and tracked down the vehicle. COVID-19 has made it hard to get normal chores done. Steve stayed in contact and did all he could to get my truck request done. Very happy with my tundra!!

Drove the vechile into Dealer 5 minutes before 11:00 for a tire rotation. At 11:35 I see my vechile parked outside the drop off building, I thought they were done. NOPE, the tech was driving around my vechile and NOT WORKED ON YET. So I asked, got a stupid answer. Can someone find out why my vechile was driving around, and then tell me how is that correct.

The personnel at this dealership is very professional and courteous. When appointments have been made, the wait time is minimal and the staff continuously keeps you updated. When I leased my vehicle salesman Shaq Simpson did not allow me to leave the dealership without making sure that all my questions were answered.

Toyota of Stamford is the best. I made my appointment with Diana and she had the best customer service. Sal and Raul were great and worked hard to get me the best price. I’ll be coming back for sure!
