Excellent Customer Service Everyone who works at Toyota does an outstanding job. It is obvious that all the employees love working there and love what they do. The atmosphere is professional but very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for their customers. Customer satisfaction is obviously a number one priority for these employees.
Great Service So glad to know that even through a pandemic that the service department at Toyota Stamford is fully operational. Thanks to Jim Coughlin and the Technicians for quickly diagnosing and repairing the cause of some faint but unusual engine noise on my Sienna. Appreciate all the extra steps to cover the car seat and steering wheel during this time.

Awesome people We have 2 Prius. One is a Prius V. They always make sure we get the best deals and help save us money. Rich Breska and manager Jamie Bacon took so much time and trouble with my ill-advised purchase of.a private purchase 2005 Prius that I can’t believe it.

Best dealer I’ve worked with I recently bought a new Highlander from Stamford Toyota and I can’t say enough about how good the experience was...great price and reasonable offer on my trade. The salesman, Oliver, was very knowledgeable about the product and made me feel comfortable with all aspects of the transaction. I went back to have a remote started installed and the service team was great, while the waiting area is very comfortable and clean.
