I have used all three services at this location (Sales, Service and Rental), and the staff are amazingly consistent in their responsiveness and knowledge. I actually go to this location instead of the one in my town because I like the people and they have better prices. The service crew is very fair. I know I'm paying a bit more to service directly from the dealer, but they have been great with recalls and small issues, and I know the resale value of my car is better off because of it. Unreliable and unprofessional. I called at noon to buy a new car. Tony put the name on the car and assured me it was not going to be sold to anyone during the process. Next morning, he said his manager sold it to somebody else. Their respond was "Sorry".
I traveled across five states to get the car I wanted at the price I was happy with. The staff were SO nice and helpful! I love my new Prius Prime LE and got a very good deal from Toyota of Stamford. Their communication was the best I have ever experienced with a car dealership. Raul picked me up at the train station in my own reserved new car -- a classy touch, I thought -- and was very patient about explaining the car's features and helping me with setting up the app. Customer service is alive and well in Stamford.
The service was done right the advisor was very helpful, kept in touch and told me updates on my car which was very helpful. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Made an appointment, took me to the car, pull the car out checked it out road tested it, they fixed the things that I want to fix, gave me all the prices with the interest, they pick me up at the train station down the road brought me to the car sign the papers and I was off fix what I want to fix very satisfied thank them please
