I received excellent customer service from Stamford Toyota in September. My Sienna broke while interstate traveling. I limped into their lot, not knowing how I would be received since appointments are required. The service department was considerate, listened well, and understood that my situation deserved care outside of the covid rules. They were able to repair my van inside of 6 hours and I made the rest of my trip with no problems. I would recommend Stamford Toyota Service with my whole heart.
Service was excellent from start to finish. Benji went out of his way to accommodate my needs in terms of timing and explaining the new Highlander. Good people to deal with.
They were all very nice but Burton, my salesman was wonderful. He was happy and confident and encouraged me ( who has a hard time with decisions) to but this car.
They say the right things that people want to hear but at the end of the day it's just scare tactics and selling. I was quoted parts prices that are above MSRP from Toyota's own site. Service writer calls and says they needed 4 bolts because they were seized on the car and the technian could not continue. Stamford Toyota was only going to charge an additional $60 more for the bolts. Mind you on a $2000 bill already. I ask for the part number, those bolts cost $6/each on parts.toyota.com.
