I always have a great experience when I go to Toyota of Rock Hill. The associates are very friendly courteous and keeps you informed on the things that are happening with your car. Lauren was the associate that helped me and I really appreciate it her knowledge and great customer service throughout the process.

I am a Toyota fan. This dealership has always gone the extra mile to make sure that I felt valued as a customer. None of their staff has ever treated me with a mediocre attitude.
The service is slow slow slow. It took 5 hours for them to do my oil change and wheel alignment.
Rhonda was most helpful and the service was thorough and efficient. The shuttle driver was entertaining and even went out of his way and took me to McDonald's so I could grab some breakfast!
