I ordered new tires for my Camry and was guaranteed that they would be there at 1:00 on a Wednesday. I made an appointment for Thursday morning. On Thursday morning, I checked in and sat down in the waiting area. I was told it would take two and a half to 3 hours. After I had been waiting 30 minutes, I was told that they did not have the tires. They said I could wait until the warehouse in Charlotte could get a driver to bring the tires to Rock Hill.
