They don't take people on a first come basis. I waited while they took people that arrived after me first. They said that they fixed my leaking tire but I had to bring it back the next day because it was still leaking. Then they said that it was illegal to fix it. So I paid to fix a tire that was never fixed.
The friendliness when I walked in the door. I felt like home. The employees knew me from previous services. Tim Evens knew his job and was extremely knowledgeable as to what services my vehicle needed. My service was done at the time he promised and I was in and out in 1 1/2 hour. Thank you Tim for not making me feel like I had to battle because of the cliche "Women are taken advantage of in service shops"
Very professional, efficient, competitive with Discount Tires and Rhonda also has a great sense of humor! :)
