Had an appointment at 11:00 and waited 20 minutes for someone to wait on me. They waited on someone that drove up after me before me. I went in twice to get help and the service people were checking people out and collecting payment. Looks like to me a cashier would be a better place for this and free up service personnel. You should have two lines. One for appointments and one for walkins. If it takes that long to get checked in with an appointment then maybe you are scheduling too many appointments for one time.
