great service great people always helpful
The staff is friendly and efficient.
Everything went very well and was timely. They had a special on tires I was interested in and it worked out perfectly. I waited for the van and it was very comfortable . I had my dog with me and he was made very welcome also.
I had a great visit today at Toyota of Rock Hill. They took care of my needs quickly and communicated great about what I needed.
Pleasant to work with. They did not try and sell me things and upgrades I do not need. Mr. Fox was very professional.
Lauren Sistar is very helpful and greets me with a huge smile when I pull up. I have waited each time and Lauren tells me how long it will take and she is spot on each time. I LOVE my car and the service Dept has always exceeded my expectations!
