Came to visit I came to visit to get my corolla to get check because I had a check engine light to go on. I came here to get that done, and surprising it didn't take so long. The receptionist and staff was super friendly, and I felt very welcome to be here. Thanks guys!
Overall, great experience. =) Abel was nice, to the point, and efficient. He was able to get us the exact Prius we were looking for and took us for test drive to make sure it's what we really wanted. He also got us started on the application process and had us ready to go with finance office in less than 30 minutes. Ivis definitely knew what he was doing as well. I've been a valued customer I've been a valued customer for 3 yrs due to the fact that the staff are friendly and they all possess outstanding customer service. I am always satisfied with service and they do their job in a timely manner.
I arrived without I arrived without an appointment, but was greeted quickly by the service manager. He explained I did not need an appointment and asked how he could help out. Not only was he able to service my car that day but he also handled all service to recalls on my vehicle. They took me back to my home and later picked me up to get my car. Everything was completed in a timely manner and in the price quoted. I will definetly bring my vehicle back for other services.
