Every time Every time we take our Toyota in for service we are greeted almost immediately, they explain everything included in the service and we are kept informed about how long it'll take. Their waiting area is comfortable and has Free coffee or cold water as well as vending machines. We always feel like they're taking special care of us and our car.
I can't thank I have been getting regular maintenance carried out from this dealership for the past couple of years. I can't thank Toyota of Riverside enough and particularly Dan for the outstanding service that has been rendered to me. I wish there were more personnels like Dan at all those places where the customers in trouble look forward to speak to a person who understands their pain with compassion and then go an extra mile (which truly is an understatement - make it 10 extra miles) to resolve the issue at hand. I was treated exceptionally well I was treated exceptionally well and felt like a VIP. They gave me a great deal on the service I had done and found some suspension part that needed replacement. It is out of warranty but the service manager did the repair for free because I was a regular customer of theirs. Highly recommend Toyota of Riverside.

I had a great experience I had a great experience with their sales, and finance department. I was shopping for a vehicle with a bank approved loan already, the sales rep convinced me to apply for the zero interest rate and I got approved. They saved me over $4,000 dollars in interest, and I got my wife the car that she wanted. Let me start Let me start off by saying I have never been one to trust dealerships for anything. We left with a great car and had a really nice dealership experience. Overall, everyone seemed helpful and informative.
Very satisfied I leave every time feeling very satisfied with the service I am provided as well as the work done to my car. Gary has been making every visit for me worth it. If you need your car serviced just ask for Gary in service and be strait up with him. Like with any service person I tend to be very strait forward and direct with them and I have not been disappointed
What a pleasant surprise What a pleasant surprise to find great car and a great dealership in one location. After dealing with a bank affiliated buying service and visiting several other dealerships the process had become tedious and I was about to give up. Riverside Toyota was the perfect blend personal service, the choice of a large inventory which actually HAD what I wanted and a professional sales staff that seemed interested in answering my questions and meeting my needs.
