I've never had a good experience with the sales people at Toyota of Melbourne, because if this we sought out our Toyotas elsewhere. The service department is consistently running late. They always run over the time that they quote me. It's a shame because we love our Toyotas so much, but next time we need a new car we will choose anything but a Toyota so we don't have to deal with their service department.

We saw a White RAV4 advertised on the Internet and came in to see it on Saturday. We were greeted by the Sales Manager, Larry, who was helpful and put us in touch with Randi Brady, Sales Consultant. The staff is AWESOME. Eric (sales) & Jay (finance) did everything in their power to get me into my car and I couldn't be happier with my experiance. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know and will for sure be coming back in the future. Very honest and down to earth people.
