We recently purchased a Toyota Highlander at Toyota of Melbourne. We drove an hour away because we were so impressed with the customer service over the phone and willingness to give us as much information ahead of time as we needed. Justin Lane, the manager, really made the experience pleasant! He did whatever he could to make the deal work for us. We will not go to another Toyota dealership!
