I could have not asked for a better experience when it came to buying my first car. I have to give a lot of the credit to Laura Smit, who really worked with me to find to the right car that fit within my budget. After buying the car, Laura called a few days later to follow up, and check in to see how things were going. She answered all of my questions, and addressed all of the concerns that I had. She really went above, and beyond my expectations.

We got off to a rough start with the people at Melbourne Toyota but after we addressed our issue to management they where very fast to fix the issue we couldn't be happier with the deal we got on our new car. The general sales manager Justin Lang was very professional and helpful. I would recommend my family and friends to buy their next car or truck from Toyota of Melbourne.

My husband and I walked in on a whim, just to see what our trade-in options were. Chris Peterson was amazing! He was patient and informative, he worked with us, and my favorite part: he only showed me two cars at a time, so making a decision was much easier! After 2 days of looking and testing, we walked out with a better deal than we had with the SUV we traded in. We couldn't be happier with Chris, Sean, Jay, & the whole Toyota of Melbourne team! On Monday, I brought my new 2015 Toyota RAV4 in for the first servicing . I made an appointment. And waited an hour and a half just to have my tires rotated and windshield washer fluid topped off . I printed out and brought in a coupon for free vacuuming and car wash that I found on their website. Upon returning to my vehicle it was apparent that neither had been done as there were still entire bugs stuck to my windshield and front end .
