The service department is great and their have a great waiting room with water/coffee and wireless working well. I have the car for 4 years and would not go anywhere else.
Very professional and courteous. Will tell everyone I know. Ask for Luke (my salesman). He was awesome! Thank you for superb service. He explained everything about the car, and even hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth connection.
Must say I have never been more disappointed in a dealer ship or product. Will be selling our Toyota asap and never own another...way to stand behind your product Toyota..and to Toyota of Longview...way to be there for your customers!! NOT!!

The service I've had there has always been the best. The wait time for the work was reasonable. And, when the car had to be left overnight for repairs, they provided me a ride home. Good prices too.
