The customer service is horrible, not to mention the uncooperarive, impersonal finance department. The salesperson I was dealing with told me my deal was set so I drove 2 hours, one way, to pick up my new vehicle, or so I thought. Once I got there it became a big mess of a runaround. After I drove 2 hours back home, not in a new car, I got a follow up email from the general manager, Harold Hurst, to ask me about my experience.
