The whole buying process went smoother than I imagined it would. This was the first vehicle purchase I have ever done, and Randy was surprised by my thoroughness on researching the info on the 2010 Dodge Caliber that I bought yesterday. I took my car to be serviced with an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. The service Rep said the car was completed and brought me the invoice and took me to the cashier where I paid the bill for the two services. When I asked for the alignment computer printout it was discovered that the alignment had not been done. My money was refunded. This is the second visit where I paid for work not completed. I will not return.
One the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Every person in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I can not thank you enough for helping me with the purchase of my new car.
