Jeff P. El Cajon I was just out looking for mini vans and was going to check out the Sienna, Odysey and sedona but when we arrived at the Toyota of El Cajon dealership, it was like they were family. We did not purchase a new sienna but bought a certified used sienna and it is great.
No Hassle Dealership Great service....... buying a vehicle can be stressful.... but not in this place.... I recommend this to everyone!!!!
My new truck! I was very happy with the service and knowledge of the sales team. They had a wide selection of Toyota trucks. There was no pressure to complete a deal. We got a great new truck and when we brought it in to have the alarm activated they took care of it immediatly with no waiting. Bashir our salesman did an excellent job of explaining everything about our new truck.
one My 97 Camry's rear left door will not lock so I brought the car for them to fix. after 3 hrs of waiting, the guy in the counter (last name Huertas) told me that the whole door mech needs replacement for around 499.00 I decline. When i went home, I found out that they did not even care to open my car, how do I know? the original tapes on the rear door were still intact, and the rope i tied the two door together are untouched. Go See David Andersen at Toyota of El Cajon I had a great experience at Toyota of El Cajon. I wanted to take the time to recognize David Andersen who took care of every need that I had regarding my Toyota Camry. I had a pretty strict time limit when I first arrived and had to be at work by 9:30am, David was able to take my car in, diagnose the situation quickly and get me into a shuttle as fast as he could so I could arrive to work on time.
