Toyota of El Cajon I bought my van from Toyota of El Cajon and have had only a couple of problems with it. When I took it in they were able to fix them right away and were very friendly and willing to do so,.
My new truck! I was very happy with the service and knowledge of the sales team. They had a wide selection of Toyota trucks. There was no pressure to complete a deal. We got a great new truck and when we brought it in to have the alarm activated they took care of it immediatly with no waiting. Bashir our salesman did an excellent job of explaining everything about our new truck.
Toyota of El Cajon is AMAZING I absolutley love toyota of el cajon!! I have a 2006 camry le and i have had transmission problems and some weird oil leaks, every time I took it back they were kind and always offered me a rental and the best customer service I have ever gotten at a dealership!! Since both problems kept occurring they waved all the repair fees and the rental fee!! I was 18 when i bought my car from them and they always treated me as a serious buyer. Toyota of El Cajon is the Best! I walked into the dealer at 11:00am and left at 2:30pm with a new 2011 Tacoma. That short time included comparing Tacomas, selecting a truck that I liked, taking a test drive, running credit checks, contract negotiations, financing, reviewing the features of the truck, insuring the vehicle, and handing over the keys. Great place to buy a new Toyota. This place specializes in trucks not passenger cars. So they will have a much better selection of Toyota trucks than cars. You will get the best prices if you go through one of their Internet salespeople. You get the feeling that they really value their customers at this dealership. Great Place I purchased an 03 Matrix from their used car facility and from that day the people of Toyota of El Cajon have been exceptional. I have been in the automotive repair field for 40 years and would have no one else service or make repair to my car. Never thought I would find a dealership that actually cared for their customers.
