Two Thumbs Waaaaay Up I have had nothing but the BEST experiences with Toyota of El Cajon. I stopped by "just to look" and drove home two hours later in a beautiful Tacoma. Professional and courteous service I was very satisfied and impressed with the level of service and personal attention that I received from the sales team. They also had a wide selection of vehicles so it made it easier to find a car that I wanted.

Tina Murphy Once again David Anderson in the service department has gone over and above what regular people do. He is the best and is the reason I continue to drive to the El Cajon site rather than the closer Santee one. I highly recommend talking to him if you need anything done to your Toyota!

Toyota of El Cajon is great When choosing a new vehicle, I was skeptical of ALL dealerships (at best). After a couple of visits, and a few visits to other dealerships, Toyota of El Cajon offered me the best price, and best rate. Which is what I wanted. Where I Go For Excellent Service After being loyal to my neighborhood mechanic, I decided to take my new to me 2007 Sienna to Toyota of El Cajon when they opened close by. It was the best decision I've made! They have excellent service staff and do GREAT work. They are honest and are not pushy. Also, their prices are not too high. So far, I've dealt with 3 different Service Advisors/Managers, and ALL of them were excellent! I will continue to do my service here for my van and my mom's car! thank you Toyota of El Cajon!

Toyota of El Cajon is the Best! I walked into the dealer at 11:00am and left at 2:30pm with a new 2011 Tacoma. That short time included comparing Tacomas, selecting a truck that I liked, taking a test drive, running credit checks, contract negotiations, financing, reviewing the features of the truck, insuring the vehicle, and handing over the keys. Customer Service Toyota service was excellent. The 2 times I visited the parts department Mr. Gary Bennett was exceptional at his job while also providing very quick service with excellent customer service. He always promptly returned my phone calls as well. Overall I am very satisfied and impressed with Mr. Bennett and Toyota's customer service. Thank you
