Great Service Took in my 2009 Toyota Camry to get an oil change. The Service was fast and courteous and the price reasonable. Will come back again!

Honest, Reliable, Certified Mechanics We take all 3 of our Toyota vehicles to Toyota of El Cajon for preventive maintenance. They are kind, curtious and professional. They always have your car done when they say they will. They have a shuttle if you need a ride. They don't tell you something is wrong when there isn't. Trustworthy service I have to drive by three other Toyota dealerships to get to Toyota of El Cajon, but it is worth the drive. They provide excellent and prompt servcice and most important to me, they do not try to upsell for more expensive parts or services that are not needed. I am very comfortable with them and trust them!
Excellent service Excellent in dealership in all aspects. All the staff is helpful that take the time to thoroughly answer questions. I took my vehicle for the complimentary manufacturer service and was full inspected and finished within timeframe promised. We bought two Camry 2011 from this dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend buying a vehicle there in near future. This dealership has an excellent customer service
one My 97 Camry's rear left door will not lock so I brought the car for them to fix. after 3 hrs of waiting, the guy in the counter (last name Huertas) told me that the whole door mech needs replacement for around 499.00 I decline. When i went home, I found out that they did not even care to open my car, how do I know? the original tapes on the rear door were still intact, and the rope i tied the two door together are untouched. Good Jeb I love the service department, way back when when i had a 1990 Corolla with 100,000 miles they treated me like I had a brand new car, I loved it, everything if fairly priced and the staff makes it worth it!
NOT a new car I bought what I thought was a new Toyota Solara there 8 years ago. A few months ago the car was rear-ended and the rear bumper had to be replaced. Imagine my surprise when the collision repair center found that there was rear end damage that had not been repaired properly - it was just bondo 'ed and covered up. This had to have happened while the car was at the dealership since I am the original owner and I was not told of this. I will never, ever go there for a car or service again!!
