Great Service Took in my 2009 Toyota Camry to get an oil change. The Service was fast and courteous and the price reasonable. Will come back again!

Trustworthy service I have to drive by three other Toyota dealerships to get to Toyota of El Cajon, but it is worth the drive. They provide excellent and prompt servcice and most important to me, they do not try to upsell for more expensive parts or services that are not needed. I am very comfortable with them and trust them!
Excellent service Excellent in dealership in all aspects. All the staff is helpful that take the time to thoroughly answer questions. I took my vehicle for the complimentary manufacturer service and was full inspected and finished within timeframe promised. We bought two Camry 2011 from this dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend buying a vehicle there in near future. This dealership has an excellent customer service
Toyota of El Cajon is AMAZING I absolutley love toyota of el cajon!! I have a 2006 camry le and i have had transmission problems and some weird oil leaks, every time I took it back they were kind and always offered me a rental and the best customer service I have ever gotten at a dealership!! Since both problems kept occurring they waved all the repair fees and the rental fee!! I was 18 when i bought my car from them and they always treated me as a serious buyer. Great place to buy a new Toyota. This place specializes in trucks not passenger cars. So they will have a much better selection of Toyota trucks than cars. You will get the best prices if you go through one of their Internet salespeople. You get the feeling that they really value their customers at this dealership. All new car buyers are given a certificate for a free oil change and invited back for a free dinner and new car owners seminar. Toyota of El Cajon has unethical practices in their service department. They tried to tell me that my car needed over 1200.00 worth of repair and when I took it to a second opinion, the stated repairs were not necessary. What the Toyota service department failed to inform me of was that they wrote a 3 on my back breaks, the standard is 5-7, and therefore should have been fixed. Good Jeb I love the service department, way back when when i had a 1990 Corolla with 100,000 miles they treated me like I had a brand new car, I loved it, everything if fairly priced and the staff makes it worth it!
NOT a new car I bought what I thought was a new Toyota Solara there 8 years ago. A few months ago the car was rear-ended and the rear bumper had to be replaced. Imagine my surprise when the collision repair center found that there was rear end damage that had not been repaired properly - it was just bondo 'ed and covered up. This had to have happened while the car was at the dealership since I am the original owner and I was not told of this. I will never, ever go there for a car or service again!!
