Toyota of El Cajon - home of the bait and switch I saw a vehicle on their website that I had been searching for, for a long time. I called them and they told me that it was available so I drove 2 hours to get the vehicle that had just the options I wanted. When I arrived they showed me a lesser model as the salesman claimed he though it had the same features. Wrong! Toyota of El Cajon is AMAZING I absolutley love toyota of el cajon!! I have a 2006 camry le and i have had transmission problems and some weird oil leaks, every time I took it back they were kind and always offered me a rental and the best customer service I have ever gotten at a dealership!! Since both problems kept occurring they waved all the repair fees and the rental fee!! I was 18 when i bought my car from them and they always treated me as a serious buyer. Great place to buy a new Toyota. This place specializes in trucks not passenger cars. So they will have a much better selection of Toyota trucks than cars. You will get the best prices if you go through one of their Internet salespeople. You get the feeling that they really value their customers at this dealership. All new car buyers are given a certificate for a free oil change and invited back for a free dinner and new car owners seminar. Great Place I purchased an 03 Matrix from their used car facility and from that day the people of Toyota of El Cajon have been exceptional. I have been in the automotive repair field for 40 years and would have no one else service or make repair to my car. Never thought I would find a dealership that actually cared for their customers.
