I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey. When I went in it was still dirty and wasn’t ready but they said they’d make sure to take care of everything. I took it in at 8am and showed up around 415 and it still wasn’t finished being cleaned. Finally about an hour and a half later it was “done”.
