RecommendedI’ve dealt with Ross a couple times in purchasing vehicles. He has been a great salesman in trying to make sure I was satisfied and tried to meet my price range. However on the 2018 Toyota RAV4 I just bought there was some chips of paint missing on number and the deliver drivers didn’t fill my vehicle up with gas. Other than that pretty satisfied.

Lack of courtesy,went looking for a vehicle to buy , nobody came out , finally someone did , explained what kind of car I wanted and price , left email never got a response, ended buying one at Cavender, got a flat tire , explained to them I have insurance a that it would cover for a tire replacement and they ended patching it only , wanted me to tell them what insurance I had bought instead of checking through the vin # had to call Cavender to explain to them , took a week to get my tire replaced
