Took my daughter to try to see the Rav4. To our surprise we got no service. We spotted a lady from the Dodge Dealer named Elvis Rojas she went beyond to get us help. By that time I was pretty pissed off told my daughter this is why I shop at the Ford Dealer . Toyota yall really need work on customer service.
