They know me and my car by just my phone number. I don’t have to spend a lot of time explaining who I am and what my issue is. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. They have a beautiful waiting room with a snack bar inside and free coffee to make sure all your needs are met while you wait.
What a pleasure it was taking my RAV4 to Toyota of Deerfield Beach. I was on the road from Ky and having your vehicle worked on that for from home can be a challenge. Not here. I was treated like family. My appointment was made quickly the same day I called. The dealership was clean and standing tall. The lounge where I enjoyed a latte was comfortable. My experience with Larry, my service advisor, was exemplary. Well done!

I went in for my 10,000 mile service today and Jamie hooked me right up. Everyone in the dealership were friendly and helpful. The service took maybe an hour and I was on my way. I bought my new Toyota from the other guy Ed Morse and would never refer anyone there for anything. From now on I will use Toyota of Deerfield Beach for all my service and recommend the dealership to all my friends and family.
