RecommendedOur whole experience with Toyota if Deerfield has been FANTASTIC!! We’ve now bought two cars at this dealership a 2020 rav 4 and a 2019 Camry. I took my Rav 4 in for its first service yesterday and it was a great experience too. My service manager Jamie was fantastic and answered my questions. While I waited for my car I had a Cuban sandwich from the little cafe and that was good as well. Toyota of Deerfield provides an overall excellent experience!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, i will be coming back.
The gentlemen I had was very un personable. Short with answers. I was provided a coupon via Email that I was not allow to use. Also I paid for a service unsure if they really did it . Not 24 hours later the service light came back on. I won’t be returning unless this issue is resolved
Service done on time, fair price, good explanation of what was being done and why.
Jaime in the service dept was extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable. He got my car serviced with no issues.
Mario is the best!! Such a pleasure. He knows what I need gets it done fast and is very professional. Thank you 😊
