RecommendedOur whole experience with Toyota if Deerfield has been FANTASTIC!! We’ve now bought two cars at this dealership a 2020 rav 4 and a 2019 Camry. I took my Rav 4 in for its first service yesterday and it was a great experience too. My service manager Jamie was fantastic and answered my questions. While I waited for my car I had a Cuban sandwich from the little cafe and that was good as well. Toyota of Deerfield provides an overall excellent experience!!!

The gentlemen I had was very un personable. Short with answers. I was provided a coupon via Email that I was not allow to use. Also I paid for a service unsure if they really did it . Not 24 hours later the service light came back on. I won’t be returning unless this issue is resolved
