Service is awful took two hours to get a tire rotation employees are not wearing their face mask and the ones that have a mask they have it hanging on their necks. Awful experience I will not be going back there

Had a thorough service experience and appreciated being offered the mailed coupon for being a valued customer - the discount really helped when I had several repairs and services to get the car back in shape. Finally, the service person working with me, Manny, was top notch - keeping me informed, showing care for my auto and situation and really ensuring a quality experience. I bought my car here a couple of years ago today and it’s everything I hoped for in a used car (2015 Prius). The service is great. I’ve asked them to do things like new windshield wipers but they always do some little thing extra—no charge, just part of the service. Love that!
