I waited 26 months for my vehicle to come. It finally arrived but this guy is very busy and it was very inconvenient for him to talk to me to the right way. I had never got this kind of treatment from a sales person.

A Rating of 1 is too generous. Be aware of shady practices at this Dealership. Have a credit score of 850, putting 10,000 down on a Venza and offered 10%apr. About to walk, finance lady comes back moments later 8.7%apr. began to exit, when Manager approaches and offers 5.9%apr. Why wasn’t 5.9% offered up front because if they can get the buyer to pay 10% that’s more money in their pocket. Do not like dishonest people! We didn't offer 5.9% because we couldn't get that. We did let you know that you could bring us a check from your lending institution.
