This place is a rip off ! The service advisor Alvin Carpio first over charged me on the amount of oil my tuck takes, then attempted to get me to replace the rear shocks for $750.00 and front Struts for $1,500.00. My shocks and struts are fine and no need of replacement. When I neglected to get his over priced shocks and struts, his reply was. " Is it that you can not afford it?" Horrible and Headache Horrible and a Headache. First I was handed from one sales man to another and than now 1 month later Im still unaware of if my deal has been finalized yet. Between all of the people I worked with nothing was consistent with the information that all of them had. Very poor communication inside the building from one man to another. Don't buy used cars from Toyota of Dallas!! I bought a used Lexus LS 430 last year from TOD. The right side rear view mirror was not working properly before we sign the paperwork and the salesman (Richard Brooks) promised that they WILL TAKE CARE OF IT when it was convenient for us but so far nothing has been done. He won't return my call and the used car manager( Shane Manry) was going to look into the situation for me but still NO word from him either. They promised you everything but don't deliver. Fast and Easy Service! George in the service department was great. I was just in for a routine service that I have with my ToyotaCare package and he had me in and out in less then an hour! He also was extremely friendly and gave me updates as my car was getting serviced. With the new facility the wait was even enjoyable! Thanks George and Toyota of Dallas!

My 2nd Toyota - Go big or go home! So I found out the my 2011 Camry had depreciated dramatically, I decided to head over to Toyota of Dallas to get my dream trunk - the Tundra. I called the day before News Years Eve and talked with Andrew about the truck of my choice. He set up and appointment for New years Eve for me to come in and see the truck. A Smoothe Experience I've bought at least 4 vehicles from Toyota of Dallas. They always provide great deals and service on my vehicles. It's comforting to know that the follow up is as good as the purchase experience. Very little selling by them, just some negotiating. I always get a good price. I've tried dealing with other Toyota dealerships and they fight tooth and nail for every dollar. This dealership gets it. we want a good price without the annoying haggling that lasts 4 hours. 2013 Toyota Camry LE Excellent experience. Pleasure to do business with, especially the finance department and Andrew Clark. Will return to purchase future vehicle from Toyoya of Dallas. The professionalism over everyone I delt with was such a nice surprise. This is how car-buying should be everywhere.

Toyota of Dallas makes it look easy I inquired on a new Highlander that I knew would be hard to obtain. Mitchell, the director, went above and beyond to find the Highlander from another dealer. He had the vehicle at the dealership waiting for me in time for out appointment the following day. After meeting with Mitchell, he introduced me to one of his consultants Andrew Clark. He took me the rest of the way and I couldn't be happier with my new Toyota.

anthony in used sales Anthony O was very friendly, not pushy, nicest sales guy there...rest of staff wasnt so great. Staff you close with to sign final.documentation takes forever! Uncomfortable waiting conditions. Better treatment waiting in my hair salon.
