Poor Customer Service This was our eighth Toyota purchase and the worst sales experience yet. My wife and I have never dealt with the level of disorganization, disregard to time management, and general lack of attention to detail. Wow. Great experience with sales and finance. Dealt with Derek over the phone to negotiate a lease deal on a 2020 Highlander XLE and got a GREAT deal. Derek was diligent in working numbers and even beat out another offer when the other dealer said it couldn’t be done. He followed up on every request we were looking for and was STRAIGHT UP about what was workable and what was not. Could not wait to get out of the Showroom. Your Trainer needs to be fired. He was so loud everyone in the building could hear him and almost every other word was filthy, crude, or a swear word that none of the young recruits so have to listen to. I will not be back. I hope Ted Nugyen moves to another Toyota Dealership so I can continue to buy from him
