Although the sales associate, Perry, was great and went above and beyond, the first manager I talked to, Adrian, was extremely rude and demeaning. 3 cars ago I stopped dealing with this dealership and had hoped their culture had changed. It was NOT a good experience. I did buy a vehicle and am pleased with it. I will add that the finance manager was also very sweet and helpful. My buying experience was less than pleasant. First, The salesman who invited me wasn’t there when I decided to come so I dealt with another one. I went alone, mistake #1, and ended up feeling pressured to make a decision faster than I was comfortable with by the new salesman. Mistake #2 was signing a document that said my deposit was non-refundable. The car overall was a bit overpriced but that generally happens when you buy from a dealer. Excessive fees Bought a used 2016 Scion iA for 16,880 out the door (980 in sales tax) Internet price was 13,300. They decided to add 2,200 in "dealer preparation fees" to pad their pockets instead of helping a first-time car buyer out. I was tired when I was buying it, never let them pressure you or lengthen out the process to wear you out.
