Have a lease car. Woman was literally rude about you don’t have tire warranty so it’s your problem. She said leasing a car is exactly like owning a car except you don’t own it.

Pathetic.. come here with a flat tire and a tire package and they tell me the extended warranty place is closed today and called 2 other branches and they were not. If you dont want the business just say it. Worst customer service ever.
Bought 2 vehicles in 3 years. Great sales team and very happy with Paula in Service. She was very accommodating and explained the problem to me prior to the service. Joe is a great salesman and Carlos was willing to give me a great deal.
