I had a very positive experience at Toyota of Braintree. I worked with Joe Lawlor. He was terrific and thorough and was very responsive to any and all questions. Would recommend both the dealership and Joe.
I’ve used other Toyota dealerships in the area and found Braintree to be the most professional and by far the best when my vehicle was going to take several hours to inspect they shuttled me to a local restaurant very nicely and pick When the repairs were completed on time and done very well and guaranteed look no further.
Before I made a deal with Toyota of Braintree I visited two others Toyota dealers in Norwood area. But nothing like the service from Braintree they provided to us.Since we arrived Lenny was very attentive and attention to detail, he had the patience to really provide information so we can make our own decision.
