Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would never recommend buying a car here. Sales man made me feel like an inconvenience and recommending me to go to other dealerships. From the bait and switch to get you in the door to test drive around the parking lot this place isn’t welcoming.
The person I dealt with could not have been nicer or more helpful. She was great. The service was done in a timely manner. The first person I saw on drop off was attentive and helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

The service is good but not the price $$$
Brought my 4Runner in for the airbag recall. Literature says about one hour, phone call they say about 2 hours. When I checked back in 4 HOURS LATER THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED IT! Offered my a loaner, service manager said the airbag recall was at least 3 hour job. I said no-I had made an appointment at 10am and this was now 2pm and nothing was even done yet so what was the point of making an appointment? Service manger said it was a miscommunication with this service advisor Kendal. WASTE OF MY TIME!!!
