I returned a damaged tire to this company because it fell under their 2 year road hazard guarantee. They were to replace my temporary tire with the identical replacement tire as well as take position of the damaged tire. It took them three and a half hours to do this. The car was in their shop and with the mechanic within an hour after I arrived. A simple process. i believe this extended time was intentional.
