Be careful of the service salesmen here. Worked with Mark Gibson because my maintenance required light went on and they recommended getting a coolant and break flush. We agreed on getting the break flush and NOT the coolant flush. They went ahead and gave us the coolant flush - not what we asked for and charged us $400. When confronted Mark he said that we never agreed on that. So he gave us the service we didn’t ask for and made more money on us. After 45 years of driving, I just bought my first pre-owned car. I’m so glad a went to Toyota of Braintree. I worked with Hamed A., who asked great questions to help us both identify the car I wanted with the features I needed that also met my price point. I am now the proud owner of a low-mileage 2022 Toyota Corolla hatchback that looks like new.
Forgot my oil cap after an oil change. My car was smoking and smelled, so I had to drive all the way back. I thought they just spilled some oil but after popping the trunk the cap is missing. This place is not good for service. Either they don't complete the service that you paid for or rush your car out. You can do a tire rotation, oil change, and all the inspections in 15 minutes?
