This is my third lease with Toyota. I usually deal with Steve Lavangy but he was unavailable. I dealt with Viet. Both Steve and Viet were attentive and helpful. Phil who handled the paperwork was also efficient.
Just had work done power steering matter ,still an effort to steer the car, no much difference
It’s always easy to get an appointment and the waiting room is very comfortable. I’ve never had a “surprise” either - the price is spelled out for me in advance. For first-timers, no worries— signage is clear for repairs, and I’m always directed to the “next stop.” No wondering where to go next.
They service dept was was very efficient and quickly found the problem
