Me and my Family went there 3 weeks ago to look for a new car for me, we had a great Salesman named: Francys, he was a excellent Salesman and helped me pick a Least 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE, went on a Test Drive, and loved it, great service, they treat you so well there, great people, and it was a long day there...but worth it every hour, so if you go get a Car, or SUV ask for a guy named: Francys and tell him Chris recommended you as a good Salesman. Had all my brakes replaced in May 2017 and spent $1400. 20k miles later in October 2018, they told me I need everything replace again. I asked why everything would have to be replaced so fast. I was told the parts are not that high quality and that’s why they don’t last long. I guess they don’t use high quality parts? I can understand brake pads, but everything??
Leased several cars. Another dealer added a ton of fees. Braintree did basic lease, asked questions, added none. Bought one car at end. Easy, fast, got great rate on loan. Highly recommend. Sales and finance were great, easy.
