Their personnel are friendly and courteous. Toyota does a number of free services, although I do my own oil changes before I take my car in for a scheduled free service visit, because I have never been willing to trust something that important to someone I don't know. Also, they showed the oil change on the service list, and dollar amounts, even though it also clearly shows that I declined an oil change, so their paperwork could be improved. I always have my car serviced at Toyota of Braintree. Everyone at Toyota is pleasant. When you go to service if you are lucky you will get Richard Mc Gue. He is so helpful and always ready to answer any questions. He explains every detail of work that was done or what needs to be done,
