I went in for a end of lease packet they took my truck to the back they told me I was not going to pay anything on the phone but when I arrive they tell me the truck has to be inspected witch is a lie I called Toyota Financial they told me you only need a inspection if your returning your car and a wanted to perches ten truck so there was no meed for the extra charges so they changed me like $2000 on charges it’s never a good thing to rip people of but in the middle of a pandemic come on guy I expected better for them
