I went there October 21st for an oil change and a brake check. When I got home I noticed the low tire pressure light was on. I checked all four tires and didn't see any issue but still put a little bit of air in each one. The light stayed on. So then the next day October 22nd I called up and told her the issue and made an appointment for 12:00 p.m.. Their online trade-in estimate is a sham. It said $36k, bit then they only offered $30k in person. They settled at $32.5k. Salesperson was nice. The car, RAV4 PHEV, does not get the battery range as advertised. Only about 35 miles on a charge, not in the 42, and not close the the 47 miles on my 2022 RAV4 Prime.
