Nice car at a good price. Bought a 2018 Toyota Prius on Sunday and was treated very nice and professionally by Baron Hernandez and Luis Garcia. We were promised a second key fob, but when we got home noticed there was no owners manual or a cargo area cover which were listed on the sell shirt if this Toyota Certified car. On Monday I contacted Baron by voice mail and text with no reply. I was able to reach Luis and he assured me he would get back to me by the end of the day. He did not. Took my car in for an oil change, inspection and factory recalls on 10/10/20 and when I got the vehicle back I had noticed on the driver's side door that the cover for the window controls was for some reason removed and not put back ( they did not have any reason to work in that area ) . I brought it to the attention of the person who helped me ( Humberto ) and he referred me to the service manager who said we did not work in that area and denied his employees of removing it.
