I came in for warranty repairs on two oil leaks. I’m very involved in the Toyota off-road community in Anaheim, over 50k following , so I normally try to highlight good local dealer experiences — but this one was disappointing. The advisor Heriberto who “helped” me ended up yelling at me, calling me names, cussing at me, and even threatening me.
