I like that they are open for service on Saturday and Sunday. I feel they should take appointments before accepting non-appointments. I was told my oil change/tire rotation would take an hour and 45 minutes today (with an appointment - I felt that was still a long time to wait). It actually took over 3 hours. Maybe they shouldn’t accept non-appointments on the weekends.
I know I was mislead on the whole deal.All the numbers that we agreed on were all wrong and 3 tires that were on the truck all had weather cracks and I let the Mgmt know and they said by Toyota standards that was acceptable.The truck had a lot of Cosmetic imperfections and when I called to ask the salesman how the truck looked,he said the truck was really nice.I asked the salesman if the truck had scratches or dents and he said no.the truck is Certified Inventory.I could only see the truck on there website and it didn’t show... read more
