They did service good job on my car
i bought Rav4 Limited 2020 last December. The issue I have is when I turn the volume up and when bass hits it stop playing. To play again I need to turn off and turn on. Few days ago they change my radio system and reset system but same problem. I paid more money for Limited because it has advance JVL 9 speaker with woofer but if I cant play music loud then the money I spend worth it. I have to listen music in low volume because if I volume up it stop working.

I like getting good prices and that they have my cars record for previous visits. Everyone is also friendly
Just PU my Rav for 60k check up - driving home about 15 min from the dealer and the vehicle stopped running - dashboard said something like to do with charging system . I had no repairs to the charging system. Fortunately, was able to get car start and limp home. Will return car tomorrow to hopefully have competent mechanic figure out what they did wrong and fix it. PS - the service writer was polite and helpful but because I PU the vehicle at the time of closing I was unable to contact. Will do tomorrow.
