Good experience
We had a great experience purchasing 2025 RAV4 hybrid Francis she was so kind to show us a multiple vehicle Work with us for at least 3 to 4 hours honesty that people at this Dealer are so kind and humble they even open the door for you everybody there was super nice thanks to the leadership he he make his team to be as kind and humble that way!!!
The worse service I have ever had. They lie about pricing. They are rude. They profile there guests. The service advisor assumed I spoke Spanish and spoke to me in Spanish. The service manager he just laughed it off. Never coming back to this dealership ever again.
Unlike other Toyota dealerships, this place truly provided the best service they could to us. When we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming matter. Our sales person, JC (Jose Cazares) was very detailed and could visually see the effort he was putting in to try and find us the car we wanted.
