For the most part it was an okay experience except during the finance agreements. Pay very good attention and trust only your gut because they will add information that is not discussed with your salesman. The fiancé department discreetly charged our credit card in the amount of $1500 which I had not approved but saw the charge after I got home. So be aware!!

I took my 2017 Prius Prime Advanced in because there was a tear in the steering wheel cover after only 11k miles. They took photos and submitted a claim to Toyota to see if it would be covered under warranty. The whole process only took 15 minutes. I got a call later in the day to inform me that it would be covered and to schedule the service.
Have used Toyota Escondido for service on my Highlanders both my 2009 and 2015 . Always have been explained what is done and what needs to be done. When had a problem with rodents chewing up the wireing was fixed and have had no further problems .
Knowledgeable and polite personnel. Have confidence that my car is well taken care of!
